Legal notice configuration via the administration pane

Hi all,

it would be nice if there is a possibilty to configure a legal notice page in redmine. This is requested by german law for non private websites.

prerequisites:
- easy to configure
- in header- or bottom-area
- update-safe (so that we not reconfigure it on every update)
- picture support (for the company logo)

Any ideas?

Quick hack: Edit source:trunk/app/views/layouts/base.rhtml, but this isn't update-safe.

You could use my plugin and modify it to display a static page with the imprint.

Or use a hook: view_layouts_base_content
