Send Autoresponse Email is not working

Hi,
I installed redmine and purchased redmine helpdesk plugin then configured the same. when i am sending email to the helpdesk email which i am getting info regarding my ticket which is created through email but not getting autoresponse email.
I configured helpdesk email template with content like "thanks for contacting support we will revert back to you shortly" which that autoresponse am not getting through email.
I enabled that option by ticking it and all other mail functionality is working except autoresponse.
Kindly help me in this situation asap.
