Redmine

Hi,

We are a team of developers which work onsite and offsite. How can I configure Redmine to be accessed from anywhere? For example, can they use it from just a url run off the hosts server? I have read a few articles and it advises to install ruby on rails but my doain does not support this. Can I still setyup Redmine on my host?
