Redmine publish behind Microsoft TMG

I've used the setup solution from bitnami, installed on Windows 2008R2.
All is fine, I've added ssl certifcate, excellent.
I've only 1 problem to solve now, I hope someone could give me instructions.
I've put my new VM in DMZ network and I've published it throught Microsoft TMG.
Publish works fine but I've to authenticate two times, one for my web listener (I must use it) and one on redmine.
So I've searched and found some plugin to enable basic authentication on redmine.
Basic auth works but I can't autenthicate throught tmg with credentials delegation.
Does anyone know a solution?
