Redmine install plus MSSQL

Is there any full detailed manual how should i install redmine with mssql server.

Hello Sachin,
I never personally tried (I'm actually working on a MS SQL Server admin cert but running Redmine with SQL Server and Windows in general seems like a bad idea. If I were you, I'd probably have run in a Linux VM).
That said, nothing in the official wiki seems to indicate you cannot have it to work.
The error on your screenshot seems to report a syntax issue in the Gemfile.
Did you edit it?
Upload it here and I will get a look.
