Done a bit of googling but not found the right answer so far.....hopefully it's an easy one:

I want add a link to the top menu which I'm fine to do, but it's the url I want to build is the issue

Basically I want the url below for whatever user is signed in - in this case I have put in user 3 - but I want it to be the number of the logged in user.

https://domain.com/activity?user_id=3
