Installing Redmine @ MediaTemple's Grid Service with 0 RoR experience

Hey there

I've heard lots of praise about Redmine and have decided to install it. However, I know nothing whatsoever about RoR. I am currently using www.mediatemple.net as host, running the grid service.

I'd like to know if any user here has any experience installing Redmine under those conditions?

Frankly, I don't know where to start. Not even the Howto's seem to make it clear. I apologize in advance if this is a noob post but I'm not a programmer nor software developer, so yeah.

I'd like to know this as well. I want to install a copy of Redmine as my own sandbox, but I don't feel comfortable enough using the command line. (I also use MT's Grid-Service.)

If I find anything I'll post back here.
