Moving between redmine installs

We have a redmine install (.8.6) we were using for testing, and a new one (.9.1) that we are going to use for 'production'. We need to move some of the tickets from the old install to the new one. Is there a recommended way to do this? I saw that there was a plugin to import CSV files, but looks like it hasn't been updated in a while.
