Unable to assign users in issue after upgrade

I was using a thid party redmine provider sourcerepo.

I recently moved over to my own host, and upgraded to redmine 0.9.1

I had to migrate to a new db format, a lot of the tables had changed etc.

I have pretty much got everything migrated and working correctly, but when I update or edit a issue the assigned to box only has one entry, a blank entry.

If i update the bug the history shows assigned to deleted.

Everywhere else the users are listed correctly. I deleted and readded to the users to the project. No effect.

I was wondering what could be causing this issue.

I ended up resolving this by creating a new database, creating the project from scratch, then importing all the users/forums/issues etc via SQL insert statements. Obviously something up with the project creation.
