Redmine

Dear all, appologies if this is a question that has been answered tuns times already, but.....

I am new to redmine, and not a wizzkid, I am suprised that I could get the redminde stack version working :-)

There are some real nice plugins out there e.g. the requirement management plugin, but it rquires a db migrate.

How do I do that with the stack variant? can some one explain the logical steps to me?
