export to pdf only shows the default issue columns

When exporting a list of the issues the non-default columns are not in the generated pdf

The pdf shows;
Tracker, Status, Priority, Assigned to, Updated, Subject

but i miss;
Due date, Estimated time, Done

When I print using a pdf writer, (pdf995) then the issues and extra columns are in the pdf and look ok, but the %done is not drawn.
