I am running Redmine 1.1.2.

I have a project with a hand full of subprojects.

Attempts to move an issue from one subproject to another subproject or up to the parent project fail with message "Failed to save 1 issue(s) on 1 selected: #190." I have verified source and destination projects have the same members, trackers, etc.

1) Should I be able to move an issue from one subproject to another?

2) If so, how do I determine what is causing the failure? In production.log I see several "Processing IssueMovesController...." entries but no indication of an error in the log. Setting Logger::DEBUG spews a LOT of messages but, again, none indicating an error or which seem to correlate with the error message "Failed to save..."
