ERROR uninitialized constant ActiveSupport::Dependencies::Mutex

Hi,
i get the error above when i do 'rake generate_session_store'. The help page says that specific gems etc. are needed,
but i installed the packaged version redmine-1.1.3, so it should include everything in the "vendor" directory, am i right?
What can I do about this?
