Redmine eventually begins to show error 404

Hi,

I have a Redmine (v. 1.1.3) installed under Apache (v. 2.2.15-3.7) and since last week it began to eventually (4 times in 7 days) show 404 errors. When this happens, I need to restart Apache.

I don't remember any modification made in this past days and the log only shows the below error (nothing useful).

10.1.1.1 - - [28/May/2011:10:45:40 -0300] "GET /redmine/issues/2887 HTTP/1.1" 404 484 "-" "Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; rv:5.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/5.0"

Any ideas?
