Redmine

I'm stuck and really don't know what to do, it keeps on showing these command lines to type in and I'm just wondering, wtf do I do with this. I downloaded the SVN with tortise SVN and then put branches/1.2-stable onto my website but (after setting up the mysql data in the config in database.yml) and when I check my website after FTPing is done I just see the directory with all the files and folders. Can someone help me because I have absolutely no linux knowledge.
