Logging spent time via SVN commit

Hi All,
I've migrated from Redmine 1.0.5 to Redmine 1.1 (Redmine 1.1.3.stable.6029) to enable time tracking via SVN commit.
MySql version is "mysql Ver 14.14 Distrib 5.1.45".
In Settings>Repositories, Enable Time Logging is checked and Activity for logged time is set to development.
Then I tested commit with message such as "refs #123 @1h", "refs #123 @1.2".
Commits are linked to the issue but the time parameter is not taken in account.
What am I missing?
