Receive e-mail notifications on ticket creation without category

Hi everyone,

we have the following usage scenario:

  • Redmine 0.8.0.devel.2478
  • Redmine project per customer project
  • Mailing list where the support team members are subscribed

I didn't find a way to accomplish the following:

  • Customer creates ticket in project X, no category assigned (they'd forget anyways even if asked to assign one)
  • Redmine sends notification to support mailing list for project X

Is it possible to configure Redmine for this scenario? Maybe in a more recent version?
