Change from address of email to person who made change?

New to redmine, and have incorporated it into our workflow. We'd really like it if we could set the "from" email address in the email notification to be from the person who triggered the event -- the person who posted the messages, updated an issue, etc. Can someone point me to how to do that, even if I need to make a code change?
