Setting for emailing the old assigned user of a task?
Hello - first of all thanks for Redmine - it's great!
I'm wondering if there is a way, when an issue is reassigned from one user to another, to notify the 'old' assigned user of the change. For example, if I didn't create a ticket, but it is assigned to me, and then someone else comes along and assigns it to someone else, I don't get an email notification. This has sometimes led to confusion in our team, since someone might be working on a ticket and someone else reassigns it but the old assigned user doesn't get notified, since they are no longer assigned to the ticket and they aren't the original creator of the ticket.
