Need help : Adding a member on a project.

Hi everyone, my problem is : when a user creates a project in redmine and wants to add some members on it, I want that he can't see the member list and has to enter the whole name of the member he wants to add.
In fact I want to erase the list in red on the screenshot.
I don't know if a plugin or something else can do that for me.
