Redmine

I installed the redcase plugin, I currently have redmine version 1.2.1. Under Administration/Plugins, I do see the plugin listed. However, I do not see the "Test Case" tracker in Administration/Trackers and I also do not see the Test Case tab for my projects or a way to add it.

Under Administration/Roles and Permissions I do see checkboxes to give access to read/add/edit test cases, and I have checked those for my user role.

Any help would be appreciated.
