Redmine Broken Screen aftr update 1.0.4 -> 1.2.2

After i updated from 1.04 to 1.2.2 (Windows server) when i try to access Redmine my main screen is not fromated correctly.(see attach.file)
I have followed the steps of updating from previous version.
Also when i try to view another section in redmine i get HTTP 404 Not Found error.
What would you advice for this issue?
