Possible to have a better overview of all the projects?

Added by Sven Pissoort almost 8 years ago

Hi,

Lets say I have a bunch of projects: projectA, projectB, projectC, projectD, ...
I also have some project custom fields: projectCustomField1, projectCustomField2, projectCustomField3, projectCustomField4, projectCustomField5, ...

When you click on "Projects", you will have the following overview

projectA
description projectA
projectB
description projectB
projectC
description projectC
projectD
description projectD

Is it possible to have an overview like this (a column overview) when I click on "Projects"?
And is it possible to filter this list based on what projectCustomFieldx contains?

project A | projectCustomField1 | projectCustomField2 | projectCustomField3 | projectCustomField4 | projectCustomField5
project B | projectCustomField1 | projectCustomField2 | projectCustomField3 | projectCustomField4 | projectCustomField5
project C | projectCustomField1 | projectCustomField2 | projectCustomField3 | projectCustomField4 | projectCustomField5
project D | projectCustomField1 | projectCustomField2 | projectCustomField3 | projectCustomField4 | projectCustomField5

You can access custom values colection via via "project.custom_values.collect".
Thre is no way without rails knowhow.
