Redmine

Hey all, am a newbie with Redmine and have set it up for internal use.

I used the bitnami stack of 1.2 RM on Windows 2008.

For the most part, everything works but occasionally (I say 1 in 15 updates), I get an error. This thing gets fairly light use (there's only 3 of us) and it appears to ONLY happen on updates (save a wiki, update an issue, etc). That is, I don't recall seeing it if I'm just clicking tabs or links.

I've checked the apache logs and redmine logs and nothing seems out of the ordinary (are there other logs I should check?)

I use chrome and will see:

Oops! Google Chrome could not connect to www.mycompany.com:xxxx
Suggestions:
Try reloading: www.­mycompany.­com:­xxxx/­redmine/­issues/­42

I don't believe it's a connection issue as we host another web site on the same server (via IIS) and never see this problem so the chrome error is most likely a red herring.

Would appreciate any guidance on solutions and/or how to debug (totally newbie wrt ruby, apache, etc...)
