Problems recibing mails

Hello
I had a problem in recibing mails fron a acount I go to redmine directory and write this:

rake --trace redmine:email:receive_pop3 RAILS_ENV="production" host=mail.xxx.es username=incidencias@xxx.es password=uLgyYWzF
and there was no errors, but I didn´t receive any mails.  what is the problem?
