Redmine

Hi,
I am new to Redmine. I am trying to install it on a cpanel hosted account. For some reason, instead of rendering the html, Redmine spits out the html as text. Did I miss a configuration setting or something? You can see what I mean by going to http://redmine.bbbugs.com/login.

The scripts/about output is:
