Redmine

i created a file Gemfile in my dir /var/www/redmine/Gemfile
when i tape bundle install donst work it return this error

my directory vvvvv
[root@XXXXXX redmine]# ls
app config db doc extra files Gemfile lib log public Rakefile README.rdoc script test tmp vendor

when i execute the command bundle vvvvv
[root@XXXXXX redmine]# bundle install

this is the error vvvvv
Could not install to path `Gemfile` because of an invalid symlink. Remove the symlink so the directory can be created.
