CRM plugin instalation

Hi all,
I write this post because I have problems with CRM plugin instalation. When I try to do "rake db:migrate:plugin NAME=redmine_contacts VERSION=0 RAILS_ENV=production" system respond me with this error:

Unable to activate acts-as-taggable-on-2.2.2, because rails-2.3.14 conflicts with rails (~> 3.0)
Tasks: TOP => db:migrate_plugins => environment

I'm following this manual http://www.redmine.org/plugins/contacts and server is Ubuntu server 10.04
Any help please.
