Updated Ruby and Rails - Some fields not showing correctly!

So I am looking to upgrade Redmine. I am currently running 0.9.6.
My first step was to update Ruby and Rails to 1.8.7 and 3.2.3 respectively, but in doing so, some of the field data is showing the field name rather than the data itself. See the attached screenshot.
Note I have only update Ruby & Rails, not any version of Redmine. Any ideas? Thanks
