Project forum is invisible

Hi,
i've just instlled the Redmine and created the first project.
In the project settings I can see that Forums are enabled, but there is no such tab.
I have check this boatd as project manager and as the installation admin.
What am I doing wrong?

It's needed to go to project->settings->add forum first.
