Redmine big file download problem
May redmine in the download file, first read an entire input file into memory and then began to download.
This is all small volume file without any problems. However, if the file volume to a certain amount, such as: more than 500 MB, download start very, very slowly, at the same time, in the download process, system basic do not access; If the suspension download, the whole system can not visit. Remote login to Linux, all the operation reaction late meal, can restart redmine instauration normal access.

hw: intel I7 950 , 4GB memory
redmine: 1.2.2, 1.4.4, 2.0.3
