Directory Listing instead of login

Hi,
I have just installed Redmine following the instructions in the wiki. I am using ubuntu 12.04.1 server. When I go to the address of my server, I get a list of all the files in the directory, but no login page. Did I miss a step somewhere? I think i followed all of the instructions.
