Redmine manual, printed, PDF, any other form?

Hi all,
is there any kind of manual besides the wiki, be it a book, PDF or any other form?
I need some very basic documentation for my users that just covers the most basic tasks... logging in, creating tickets, changing ticket status...
It doesn't need to be free either...
My problem is that I just can't find such documentation :-/
Anyone have such a document and is willing to share?
