Problem to remove UltraViolet Plugin completely

Added by Lars M. over 11 years ago

For testing purposes I installed the UltraViolet Plugin.

Then I uninstalled it again using this commands in my redmine installation dir (/var/lib/redmine)

rake db:migrate:plugin NAME=redmine_ultraviolet VERSION=0 RAILS_ENV=production
rm -r vendor/plugins/redmine_ultraviolet/

However there is still the "Ultraviolet Theme" dropdown menu in "My account" settings.

And in the mysqldump of redmine db I find:

LOCK TABLES `custom_fields` WRITE;
/*!40000 ALTER TABLE `custom_fields` DISABLE KEYS */;
INSERT INTO `custom_fields` VALUES (1,'UserCustomField','Ultraviolet Theme','list',     '--- \n- active4d\n- all_hallows_eve\n- amy\n- blackboard\n- brilliance_black\n- br     illiance_dull\n- cobalt\n- dawn\n- eiffel\n- espresso_libre\n- idle\n- iplastic\n-      lazy\n- mac_classic\n- magicwb_amiga\n- pastels_on_dark\n- slush_poppies\n- spaceca     det\n- sunburst\n- twilight\n- zenburnesque\n','',0,0,1,0,0,1,0,'pastels_on_dark',1     ,1,0);
/*!40000 ALTER TABLE `custom_fields` ENABLE KEYS */;
UNLOCK TABLES;

I am not familiar with the usage of databases. Could you please tell me how I can remove this debris?
