Is there a way to determine the date when the an Issue has an update where Prop_Key equals status_id?

I'm trying to get counts for the quantity of bugs that were created, resolved and closed each day during the past 60 days. The key piece of data I haven't been able to reconstruct is the date when the change was a status_id update.
