Redmine 1.3.0 lost attachment via email

Hi.

We upgraded MS Outlook version 2003 to 2010 and then some tickets with attachments via email lost the attachments.
Any idea to fix this issue?

When all the people used outlook 2003 we didn't have any problem...
POP3 protocol is used to create a redmine ticket and I could confirm the email has attachments in the mail box by checking the mail box via the other mail application...
