redmine with svn error 404

I've installed redmine server on linux(ip:28),before that our team already have svn server(202) on windows.Now I want to use the "code review" plugin ,I had installed the plugin and see the tab,then I set the configuration of the repository，but there is an error.
rendering template within Layouts/base
rendering common/error(404)
Completed in 66ms |404 not found
what can I do?
