Redmine

I have a subproject which I want my customers to have access to. I only want them to access "Issues", "New Issues" and "Wiki". Furthermore I don't want them to be able to choose "Home", "My page", "Projects", "Administration" and "Help" from the top bar. Any good ideas on how to do that, either on role, user or project base?
