What do you mean by "I can't find the plugin folder"?

Thanks for your anwser and sorry for asking basic question, but i am completly new with redmine.

I read that topics about installing plugins
The procedure seem to be simple:
1. Copy your plugin directory into #{RAILS_ROOT}/plugins (Redmine 2.x) or #{RAILS_ROOT}/vendor/plugins (Redmine 1.x).

First i cant see this folder in my installation folders please have a look at pic1.

2.if the plugins requires a migration, do i have to understand that i am transfert a plugin from a redmine version to another?
If yes it's not my case , it's a fresh installation.

3.I should see the plugin in my administration panel after copying the plugin folder , normally yes, have to know where to copy my plugin.

Cant see plugings, or vendor folder.

Ahh, you're on Windows - sorry, I don't know the Windows stack, perhaps someone with Windows experience can chime in.
