Custom index depending of the tracker

Hello,
I'd like to customise the indexation depending of the tracker.
Examples:
- I've got a tracker Evolution, I'd like to have a numbering like EVO-#
- I've got a tracker Support, I'd like to have a numbering like SUP-#
- Release -> REL-#
Etc.
Is it possible to do this?
How?
