Redmine

Hello,

I have redmine version 2.3.2 installed on a MAC OSX server 10.6.8, and i'm trying my best to install this plugin :

The installation instruction probably makes sense to you but to me, they're quite vague. When he talks about cloning to the plugins folder, where is this folder exactly? I couldn't find a "plugins" anywhere in or near the redmine installation folder. And the migration script, is it the "rake db:migrate" command? Any other switch or parameter i need to provide?

I should be OK with the restart the server part! :)
