Redmine

I'm trying to upgrade from 1.3 to 2.2.
I have a redmine running but i can't access to it the user created on the old version. (invalid user or password)
I've install the new version by aptitude

rail --version didn't show anything but : dpkg -l gave me : "ruby-rails-2.3"

I'm on ubuntu 12.04 with sqllite3 ( i have redmine-sqlite )

I tried to delete the password of one user but without any change.
I just want to get a functional redmine, even if it's not secure ( it's working only on lan)
