Redmine

I was looking into Redmine and are planing to use it in a project.
My question would be, if it's possible to add a custom header and footer to every page of the portal.

Searching the forums I found information on changing Redmines header itself, but I would need to add
a custom header and footer above and below the redmine content.

Is that possible at all?
