Automating Time Estimation

Hi friends,
I have a Ticket 'New Feature'
I want to break it down to 'Development', 'Testing', 'UAT' (I don't want to add sub tasks)
Now I want to Estimate time for Development,Testing and UAT seperately and it's sum should come in Tickets Estimated Time field.
Is this possible? Please help me...
