REST API ISSUES 422 HTTP ERROR

Hi, guys! What's the best way for the bug release? While updating the Issue by REST API an error 422 occurs, but the server reply looks like ordinary html page and it doesn't have any statuses. An error occurs due to the linked custom_fields.
