Redmine

Hello
I want to use redmine for my project but i am facing problem and here are my queries..

1) How to add project and how to assign members to a project?
2) Activity send to a user is visible to only that user or other user also
3) Can we have scrum and burn down chart facilities in this?
4) I find it confusing, please help me and tel basic concept?
5) How can we add users and assign work to them?
6) Is this possible to assign multiple projects to multiple users?
