I have just finished to setup redmine in my virtualPC. and i met a problem to access it. the ip of this virtualPC is 192.168.100.1.i can only use http://localhost:3000 or http://127.0.0.1:3000 to access the redmine service. but i can not use http://192.168.100.1:3000. when i use netstat -an|grep -w 3000,i found the 3000 socket is in listen status.so i am wonderring, why does it happen ? thanks.
