Email setup

Hello,
Can anyone advise how to setup the config file for emailing from and to redmine? Email server is cloud hosted exchange. I get the following error when I hit the test email button: "An error occurred while sending mail (SMTP-AUTH requested but missing secret phrase)" What do I need to do to correct? Thanks. Redmine version 2.4.2
