Problem with email integration to MS Office 365

Hi I installed Redmine from TurnKey appliance. I create a dedicate mail on GMAIL and scribe that in GUI "notification tab". I have an users in different email domain and servers and everything works except users with mail on MS Office 365. Everybody (gmail, own postfix servers, hotmail) receive an notification except them.
Please help me with that issue.
