An error occurred while sending mail (504 Authenticate first (#5.5.0))

Hi,
I've been trying to add an email emission address something like a noreply to notify people if any updates occur on tickets but I cant for the life of me to get it to work because of Error 504 Authenticate First.
Attached is my configuartion.yml setting for email found here (C:\Bitnami\redmine-3.2.1-0\apps\redmine\htdocs\config)
the email server im using is mail.telepaty.com, not sure whether to place it in domain or address. the mail is noreply@telepaty.com
